FEATURED OPPORTUNITY: Residential Program Assistant

Meta House’s Residential Substance Use Treatment Program for women and children needs a compassionate and highly organized Program Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be in charge of assisting the Program Manager in all operational aspects of our nationally-recognized facility.  We have the capacity to serve 35 women and 15 children in our facility each day.  He or she will develop positive working relationships with all of the staff members and clients and ensure that process, procedures, and staffing patterns are all operating at optimal performance levels.  We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule who can be available for nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

The Medical Director is responsible for completing psychiatric evaluations, monitoring and prescribing medications for clients, and providing medical supervision and clinical consultation to Meta House’s programs. This is a contract position requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week to complete essential duties and functions of the role as set forth in the position description

The Quality Assurance Specialist works collaboratively with the Director of Quality Improvement and with all program staff to ensure the quality of services Meta House clients receive. Read the full description here.

The Child Care Teacher is to care for the safety and well-being of infants and children of all ages in a teaching, child-care setting while their mothers attend addiction treatment programming. The Residential Support Specialist (RSS) provides a safe and organized environment for residential treatment by supervising the clients and maintaining the daily schedule. Read the full description here
