When women come to Meta House, they are tired – tired of using, tired of the chaos that accompanies addiction and tired of their disease. Like all women, clients at Meta House desire to thrive.
Upon entering treatment at Meta House, women work with a team of experts to determine their goals around which an individualized treatment plan is developed. Treatment here, though, involves more than just a few one-on-one and group therapy sessions. Our comprehensive programming helps women overcome obstacles such as poverty, homelessness, past trauma and mental health challenges. But why is that important when the main goal is simply overcoming addiction?
Join us on October 13 to learn the difference holistic care makes for the women and families in treatment at Meta House. You’ll hear perspectives from our Outpatient Program Manager and a client about what the day-to-day looks like and how our approach makes recovery possible for the hundreds of women who pass through our doors each year.
