The Operations Specialist oversees the receptionist and the duties of the reception team. This coordinator works with the President/CEO and Vice President of Operations, assisting as needed with correspondence, scheduling, Human Resource functions, purchasing, and other projects in order to improve the efficiency of the offices of the President/CEO and Vice President of Operations.
